Develop, implement and manage the Database Marketing lifecycle strategy. Including reinvestment levels, competitive zone management, frequency of communication.
Develop, implement and analyze tests and controls that are aligned with best practices.
Produce regularly scheduled reports designed to monitor the health and performance of the overall database, service levels and other KPIs as designated by management.
Help marketing departments design profitable promotions and events by targeting the correct customer base to maximize profits, and following up with post event analytics and learnings for the next promotion.
Participate in defining and developing the road map to a customer 360 view. Including technology recommendations, where needed, to enhance customer experience or improve efficiency and analysis.
Work closely with Marketing, Finance and IT in order to be able to analyze data, determine findings, plans & recommendations and best way to analyze those plans.
Work closely with IT on database design, database management and system integrations needed to produce adequate analysis and efficiencies
Assist with development of marketing strategies for any new line of business at existing sites or future sites in other jurisdictions as needed.

The winning candidate should be able to demonstrate s/he is:
Minimum of Four (4) years experience in Marketing Management Role, or Planning and Analysis role with analytical and/or IT background.
A 4-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Experience working with multiple databases, higher level analytics, forming and executing Test & Control Plans and presenting to Senior Leadership.
A clear and concise communicator
Able to demonstrate good business acumen
Flexible to the changing business needs
Curious and willing to challenge the status quo
Ability to interact with guests and team members professionally, including the ability to speak in front of groups
Strong influencing and relationship-management skills. The ability to interact with stakeholders of all levels and understand their interests and goals

Must be a legal permanent resident of United States
MENTAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts, including late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to obtain and maintain Gaming License as mandated by the State.
